Check in is from 4pm each day and check out is by 10am. Should an earlier check in or later check out be required please let us know in advance and we do our best to accommodate your requirements. Please note we accept latest check in at 11pm with the exception of Sundays at 10pm.
Aros Mains have adequate allocated parking areas for your vehicles.

Prior to arrival please call us on +44 (0)1680 300 307 and we’ll arrange your personal check-in.
If more than 3 months before your arrival date we take a £200 non refundable deposit to secure the booking which is to be paid immediately after requesting to book.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 months before arrival.
If you book less than 3 months before your arrival you must pay the total amount to secure the booking.
By making a booking you agree to accept these terms including the cancellation policy below.
> 3 Months Before Arrival
If you cancel your booking for any reason more than 3 months in advance we will retain your non-refundable £200 deposit and return any remaining balance you have paid.
< 3 Months Before Arrival
If you cancel your booking for any reason less than 3 months in advance we will retain your non-refundable £200 deposit and will attempt to re-sell your booking. If this is successful we will return your remaining balance to you. If we are unsuccessful we will retain the balance.
If We Have to Cancel Your Booking
In extreme circumstances we may be forced to cancel your booking, in this case we will refund 100% of monies paid to us and also assist you to find an alternative accommodation provider.
We strongly recommend that all our customers take out cancellation insurance as we do not accept any losses that occur from cancellations you make whether in your control or otherwise.

Yes we do. We have solutions for long stays and for those requiring Interim Housing or companies requiring Corporate Apartments for an extended period of time. If you are looking for a longer term let, contact us and we will be able to provide you with prices.
No. The climate in Scotland is such that air conditioning is not needed; apartments are not built with air-conditioning. Simply open the windows for a gentle natural breeze.
Let us know as soon as possible, so we can carry out repairs. Accidents happen and we are realise this. If it is malicious damage we may have to charge so we can fix or replace.
We try to make sure that everything is as it should be when you arrive. However, if something is wrong – or you do not understand anything – please contact us by phone and we will deal with the problem.
